4. Counter-Notification

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Fair Use

Some content on UnderDogs Scans may be used under the fair use doctrine for purposes of commentary, criticism, education, and research. We believe our use of such content complies with Section 107 of the Copyright Act.
