Mrs. Shen Is A Little Sweet! Chapter 11

Chapter 11

He released her clothing. Gu Shuangshuang let out a breath of relief, but suddenly felt his hand rest against her clothes and gently press down. The man's well-defined hand brushed lightly against her waist—just a fleeting, feather-light graze, yet leaving behind the distinct warmth of his palm.

Shock surged through her, but his hand had already moved away with practiced restraint—so swiftly that she couldn't tell whether it was deliberate or accidental.

Flushed with indignation, Gu Shuangshuang spun around to glare at him, only to find his chiseled face calm and composed as ever. The only enigmatic detail was his bottomless dark eyes, where something subtle rippled beneath the surface.

He glanced at her, thin lips curving slightly. "Still standing here? Enjoying the punishment?"

"..."

Hypocrite! Shameless degenerate! Unworthy of being an educator!

Gu Shuangshuang inhaled deeply, her eyes reddening like a startled rabbit's. She was certain now: he had done that on purpose! Bullying her—he was purely rotten! A total scoundrel!

Her future classes were bound to be a living nightmare. If he could drag her up as a live model today, who knew what he would pull tomorrow? Was she just supposed to let him push her around?

She had to strike back!

After class.

Gu Shuangshuang hailed a taxi. "Driver, follow that Bentley up ahead."

She was gambling the entire two hundred and seventy yuan left to her name—splurging on a cab just to tail him! She refused to believe she couldn't snap photographic evidence of him entertaining a client!

At the intersection.

In the back seat, the man furrowed his brows and drew on his cigarette, quietly watching the rearview mirror.

As the light turned green, his thin lips parted. "Zuo Hao, reroute to the villa."

Zhang Qing blinked in surprise. "Mr. Shen, the board-level meeting is at four—"

"Postpone it."

Two puzzled glances shot back from the front seats.

Fingering the half-burnt cigarette in his hand, his downcast eyes turned deep and faintly wicked. "Madam is angry. I teased her during class, and she's reached her limit. Now she's trailing me?"

A subtle smile touched his lips, his refined features looking devilishly handsome in the sunlight filtering through the window. "It isn't easy for Madam to part with cab fare. Let her see the villa's address—that way, she can come knocking on my door tonight."

Zuo Hao: "..."

Zhang Qing: "..."

Madam! You're no match for this hungry wolf! Truly!

The Bentley Mulsanne pulled into the designated residential parking area.

Gu Shuangshuang quickly called out, "Driver, pull over here! I need to step out for a moment, please wait for me."

"Ten minutes max."

"Deal." She wouldn't alert the enemy just yet—ten minutes was plenty to reconnoiter!

Hiding behind a tree, Gu Shuangshuang watched the tall silhouette step past the security gate and enter Villa No. 1 with a fingerprint scan.

This was his place?!

Hmph, either gifted by a wealthy patron or rented!

She circled the wrought-iron fence indignantly. Because of the distance, she couldn't make out what was happening inside.

The taxi honked impatiently. Snapping a few quick photos, she rushed back to the car to head back to campus and analyze the intel!

On the second-floor balcony, Shen Mocheng stubbed out his cigarette, watching the taxi depart with quiet eyes.

Hearing footsteps coming downstairs, Sister Wang poked her head out from the kitchen, looking at the handsome man who had changed into a light-colored shirt and casual trousers.

"Sir, didn't you say you'd eat at home? You even had me prepare several dishes young ladies like. I was hoping you'd finally bring a female guest over—why are you heading out again?"

No discernible emotion showed in his expression as he offered a faint smile. "Likely another day. Jinhuai and the others invited me out. Go ahead and eat without me."

Sister Wang sighed. He wasn't old, yet his routine was like an elderly man's—nothing but work, drinking sessions with his buddies, card games, or golf. When would he ever bring a girlfriend home for a date? In the eight years she had taken care of him, aside from that woman who came to cause a scene, she had never seen a woman in his life. He was far too reclusive.

Shen Mocheng grabbed his car keys and changed his shoes by the entrance. A soft meow sounded, and a small, fluffy ball rubbed against his long leg.

The man bent down, extending an elegant hand. The round cat's head nestled affectionately into his palm.

He gently flicked its snow-white ear. "Your new mother isn't coming tonight. Daddy's little brother is terribly frustrated and needs a drink to drown his sorrows. Be a good girl and watch the house, understood?"

"Meow?"

"Mm, no need to understand what a little brother is—you don't have one anyway."

The cat: "..."

9:00 PM, an upscale club downtown.

Inside the refined, elegant private lounge, Wen Jinhuai glanced at the distracted man. "Playing a card or what? You've been absent-minded all night. Craving intimacy?"

Beside him, Xiao Yichen snickered. The only woman at the table, Xiao Yurou, blushed faintly and stole a shy glance at the man quietly smoking.

Shen Mocheng took the cigarette from his lips with his left hand, tossed a card onto the table without care, and stood up without a word.

By the time he returned from the restroom, the card game had dissolved; the three of them had given up waiting.

A waiter brought in a bottle of vintage red wine.

He didn't drink, walking over with knit brows to sit on the sofa by the bay window. The lighting here was the dimmest, offering a panoramic view of the riverside nightscape.

As Wen Jinhuai and Xiao Yichen chatted in low voices, Xiao Yurou grew tired of their bawdy jokes. Standing up, her eyes drifted toward the man's flawless profile by the window. His long legs were crossed, his head slightly bowed over his cigarette. His quiet demeanor was strikingly reserved and alluring—distinct from his sharp, imposing presence in business, looking more like a leisurely heir at ease.

He was exceptionally quiet tonight, having finished five cigarettes, seemingly in low spirits.

That melancholic solitude reminded Xiao Yurou of the past. After his complete break with that woman, he had stayed in a state of emotional collapse for a long time—a state so dark it had terrified even her. He had undergone extensive treatment, both physiological and psychological, with little progress. She had seized the opportunity back then, approaching him without asking for anything in return. Later, they developed an ambiguous dynamic—not quite lovers, engaging in intimate acts that never reached the ultimate step. Since he had no physical response to a woman's proximity, she had used alternative ways to help him release...

By her count, it had been six months since he last asked her for any kind of intimacy.

Her slender fingers tightened. Mustering her courage, she walked toward him.

Just then, the door to the private room swung open from the outside—

Panting, Zhang Qing signaled an apologetic gesture to his boss's friends before stepping inside. "Mr. Shen, something's wrong. Madam is in trouble!"

Shen Mocheng’s hand paused mid-drag.

"Sister Wang couldn't reach you and called me. Madam, she..."

"Tell me on the way." Frowning deeply, he stood up, grabbed his keys, and the two swept out the door in an instant.

The lounge fell into dead silence for several seconds before Xiao Yichen snapped out of it, turning to Wen Jinhuai. "Madam? Since when did Fifth Brother have a woman—and why is he so anxious?"

Wen Jinhuai took a deep drag of his cigarette. "The one on his ID."

Xiao Yichen’s brow furrowed tightly. "Wasn't that one just meant to be... off-limits? Why is Fifth Brother losing his head?"

"When a man gets ruled by his desires, does he still care about keeping his head?" Wen Jinhuai smirked faintly. "I don't know what kind of constitution that girl has, but she managed to satisfy Fifth Master Shen after seven or eight years of total blockage."
